Playa Flamenca, Orihuela Costa, Costa Blanca is a quite residential area just 10 minutes drive south of Torrevieja. Playa Flamenca is ideal for holidays and full time living in Spain and being near to all the required holiday facilities; blue-flag beachs, championship golf, tennis, water sports, aqua parks, and go-carting.
Playa Flamenca offers thousands of holiday rental homes, from townhouses, duplexes, apartments and detached villas. Most of these holiday rentals are newly built within the past 6 years and offer high quality build and finishing, home from home, usually coming with a private solarium and a communal pool (ideal for the kids) and will mostly all be within a short walk to the local shops and bars and restaurants at Flamenca Beach, Via Park I, II, II and IV and the Citris Centre. A mere 20 to 25 minute walk is about as far as you can get from the 2 beaches in Playa Flamenca.
Playa Flamenca is a largely British residencial area & offers a good selection of restaurants bars to suite all tastes and age groups. On Saturdays there is a very large popular Street Market from 8am to approx 2pm selling fruit and veg, cloths, souvenirs, chicken on spit, toiletries, CD’s, leather goods, curtains, bedding and more.
For golfers there are 3 professional level golf courses such as Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor all within a 15 minute drive
